Highway Assurance require honest, hardworking and enthusiastic individuals to join our team.
If you have a talent for traffic management, a passion for civil engineering or just need a new challenge see below for our current open vacancies.
I started my career in hospitality, working in various catering roles for seven years. When an opportunity with a new company, Highway Assurance, came up, I took the leap into Traffic Management. Although initially hesitant about leaving a secure industry, I quickly became inspired by the passion of our chairman, Simon Marsh, and immersed myself in the field.
In my first year at Highway Assurance, I was promoted to an M6 site supervisor and soon after worked towards my IPV qualification. My journey continued as I moved into an office role, supporting operations and planning teams. From Operations Assistant to Programme Manager, my career progressed quickly with the support of a fantastic team.
Recently, I was honoured to become a Director of the company, representing Highway Assurance on the board. My story is not unique—many senior team members have followed a similar path, with the company investing in their growth. Our operatives have clear pathways to leadership, embodying the Highway Assurance way.
