We ensure a safe and healthy work environment by identifying risks, implementing safety protocols, and promoting a culture of well-being.

This includes compliance with regulations, conducting training programs, hazard assessments, and emergency preparedness to protect employees, contractors, and stakeholders from workplace hazards and incidents.

We are currently working towards our ISO 45001 accreditation.

With a robust Health and Safety Management System already in place, we remain confident we will achieve accreditation in 2025.

We have multiple reporting channels, to ensure we have valid data from front line operations.

We recognise, as a business, that we are currently in a world of uncertainty, and the pressure of day to day living.

We have invested in training several volunteers as Mental Health First Aiders’. From Operational Level to Directors, ensuring everybody has access to a MHFA.

We partner with the Lighthouse Charity who provide support to our entire workforce and are available 24/7.
